What is their favorite thing to do?
Do they play with toys? If so, which is their favorite?
Do they prefer to be inside or outside?
Do they like their food?
What is their favorite thing to eat?
Who is their best friend?
What do they think about you? (You can list anyone else you’d like to know about. One person per question if you are doing the email option.)
Are they in pain?
Do they feel sick?
Does anything make them nervous?
Do they like car rides or being in the horse trailer?
Do they (horses) like being ridden?
What do they do when you are not around / how do they handle themselves when you are not there?
Do they like kids?
Are they happy?
Does anything need to stop, change, or continue?
Is there anything they want to say?
